What are the pieces of jewelry made of?
We only use the best you can find, we use solid 925 sterling silver. This way all items are safe to wear and do not lose color. If you don’t wear the items for a while you may need to clean them a bit as they can tarnish as normal silver does. The pin and clasp of the brooch is not made of silver, because it is too soft to wear and use, so we used a harder material with a silver color.
How do I clean my silver jewelry?
Start with warm water and a few drops of dish soap (preferable without lemon), use a soft toothbrush to clean the item. Then you can make it shine again with a silver polishing cloth.
What is included in the price of an item?
The price of an item is in euro’s, including VAT (BTW) but excluding delivery costs and excluding customs or additional costs.
How can I pay for my puchase?
You can pay for you purchase by iDeal and Credit Card
What if my credit card declined?
A credit card can be refused because of the following reasons:
– The card may have expired. Check the date of your credit card.
– It may have reached the credit card limit. Please contact your bank to verify if you have exceed your authorized purchase limit.
– You may have entered some incorrect information. Make sure all required fields are correct.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Delays may occur in busy periods. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
Will I receive tracking info?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details and tracking info.
Where are my items shipped from?
We ship the items from our workshop in Nuenen, The Netherlands.
Which address will be used?
The items are delivered to the address you provided. Inaccuracies in the address are at your own expense and risk.
I gave the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?
Changing the shipping address is only possible if the order has not yet been sent. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.
I don’t life in the Netherlands, can I still order?
We deliver in Europe.
We do not offer worldwide shipping yet, please send us a message when you live outside of Europe for shipping options and delivery costs.
Which carrier will be used?
In the Netherlands we deliver either with PostNL (risk of losing the item is for you) or with Mikropakket (courier: ensured shipping).
In the rest of Europe we use DHL.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery costs are indicated before you confirm the order.

Is free shipping possible?
We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, depending on your location:
The Netherlands: free shipping above € 150,-
Europe: free shipping above € 300,-
You are welcome to pick up the items in our store (we will let you know when the item is ready).
Do I have to pay customs, duties, taxes and additional costs?
Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate how much you will be charged. We advise you to consult local tax and customs authorities for advice.

What should I do if I receive an faulty or wrong item?
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?
If something is temporarily sold out, this will be stated in the product information. In the event that this information wasn’t up to date, we will immediately inform you and offer an replacement item or let you know when it will be in stock again. In this case, you have the right to cancel the order without costs.
What happens if my order is partly out of stock?
When you order several items and one or more are out of stock, we will partially ship the items available and inform you via email about the delivery window of the remaining items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changing or cancelling an order is only possible if the order has not yet been sent. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I add items to my order?
Adding items to an order is only possible if the order has not yet been sent. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item after I received it?
We do not offer any exchange services. If you wish to buy another item you will have to make a return and place a new order.
How long is the return period?
All jewelry is made with great care and attention. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?
To return an item please follow these 4 steps:
1. Send a message with the return form: click here.
– Describe the item(s) you wish to return, please use the names stated on the invoice.
– Describe the reason for your return.
2. Submit your return request and wait for our email confirmation (if the reason for your return is a ‘faulty or wrong item’ we will send the shipping info only after we have reviewed and approved your request).
3. Once you receive our e-mail with return info, you can ship the item(s) in the original packaging.
4. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued after receiving the returned item and after it has been inspected for any signs of wear and tear. The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase. Normally it takes between 3-8 days before the refund is complete. Be aware, however, that there may be a longer processing time in the Christmas period.
Can all items be returned?
There are no returns on made-to-order or engraved items.
Is there an extended return period around the holiday season?
We offer extended returns on all orders made between December 1st and December 24th 2023. Items bought from our online store in this period may be returned until January 31st 2024.
Will I have to pay for the return myself?
Return shipments are for your own expense and risk, unless you have received a faulty or wrong item and received an e-mail of us stating we will refund the return shipping costs.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt. We require the name of the person that bought the gift, the item should be in its original condition and packaging.
