This beautiful brooch is made of solid 925 sterling silver. With luxurious locking backs made from strong base-material.
It is handmade in Nuenen a small town in the Netherlands where Vincent van Gogh painted a quarter of his oeuvre.
The diameter of the brooch is 22mm and is no less than 1mm thick.

The potato eaters is the most ambitious painting of Van Gogh’s Dutch period. Prior to starting the painting, he makes over a hundred portrait studies of farmworkers, various drawings and two painted studies.
