LiJa Jewelry ♡ Vincent van Gogh has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when you received your order to ship it back to us.

To return an item please follow these 4 steps:

1. Send a message with the return form below.
   – Describe the item(s) you wish to return, please use the names stated on the invoice.
   – Describe the reason for your return.
2. Submit your return request and wait for our email confirmation (if the reason for your return is a ‘faulty or wrong item’ we will send the shipping info only after we have reviewed and approved your request).
3. Once you receive our e-mail with return info, you can ship the item(s) in the original packaging.
4. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking.

IMPORTANT

• Returns are closely inspected upon delivery. We will issue a full refund only if the item is in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
• We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, and you will receive an email with confirmation about your return. You can expect the refund on your bank account within 3-8 business days from when we processed your return.
• There are no returns on made-to-order or engraved items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer any exchange services. If you wish to buy another item you will have to make a return and place a new order.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipments are at the customer’s own expense, unless you have received a faulty or wrong item and received an e-mail of us stating we will refund the return shipping costs.
